A solid nucleus breaks itself, generating two different entities… a staminal cell multiplies itself, differentiating itself, and producing the Life in all of its demonstrations.
Separation, detachment, differentiation, are processes at the base of the evolution of all the biological mechanisms and tied to the continuous flow of the Life.
For the human psyche the same trials represent, instead, often something dark and painful, a premonition of death, more than life.
The sculpture wants to reflect on the ambivalence of these trials in which life and death meet and melt each other interchanging and regenerating one the other.
